Noraj Cue has created mix for the people that consists only of his own original productions. His blend of techno/tech house originals will add bacon to your speakers. We have a new mix from Spenza for you to listen to and download ^_^. This guy has a great list of accomplishments, but a couple come immediately to mind. First, it is largely his fault that so many of the Monday Hates You crew are friends. Second, he has music available for purchase on Beatport. The boot shaped country has many great things such as the tower of pisa and it’s tourists taking mildly witty photographs. Most importantly, though, it has Bibdui. Grace your ears with her nudisco electroclash sounds in this new mix :)

This Monday’s Live Performers (2011.03.28)

Today’s live music for Monday Hates You will consist of 3 DJs and a live group performing (bringing the whoohoooo love). The stream will be accessible via any modern media player starting at 1:30pm PDT / 4:30pm EST.

Who is playing?

First up is Bibdui out of Italy, with a sound comprised of solid fun. Electroclash and Nudisco is her main method of making people move. If you’re a grumpy, hateful person, you might not like how lighthearted and energetic her mixes are.
Then we have Yuzien Born, Breakbeat and Indie dance, with an accent on ridiculous bass and energy.
Next up is a live group performance out of NY by Split Phase. Their sound is just way fucking cool. Chill but energetic if you will allow me an oxymoron. Check out Split Phase’s music here.
Last up is Noraj Cue, the DJ/producer out of the Netherlands. You just have to listen to be aware of how much sound he packs in one set. If you like anything about techno or tech house, you can’t miss him.

First off, let me say WOOoooooHOOOOOOOOooo! The Monday Hates You event is back in full force, making Mondays bearable for all.
 
Today’s live music for Monday Hates You will consist of 4 DJs and a live group performing. Kicking the whole thing off will be Mach V, streaming out of England. He will be playing garage and melodic techno for sure, but the only reason those are the only two styles on the flyer is because we ran out of space. Mach V combines versatile and awesome into an hour and a half of whoohoo. Check out his sound here.

Most modern media players (Windows Media Player, Winamp, VLC, iTunes, etc) have an option under the File menu to Open Url or Open Network Stream. Copy and paste the link below this text into that field and then hit Open. If you have trouble, try doing something similar to this link. On my windows systems, I usually listen to streams via VLC, Windows Media Player, or Winamp. On Mac systems, usually iTunes or VLC. On Linux systems… if you’re a linux user you already know how to listen to streams.

Once upon a time, before mondayhatesyou.com was a real site, when this was nothing more than a hand coded page with a link to that day’s set, there was this set that I really liked. Now that this particular death star has become fully operational, I would like to add this mix back, so that those that missed the 2 days that it was up can still enjoy it. The Monday-Hates-You_yuzienborn_2011-01-10.mp3 file starts off a little slow, but results in a great overall, fairly flawless mix representing ill breakbeat mixes to their fullest. Bass, beats, wickedness, and skills make this a great mix, so download and enjoy ^_^
